(*1) Welcome Party
- The Welcome Party is hold at “Horai kichijitsuan” on November 6th (Wed) starts at 18:00.
http://www.horai-kitijitsu.com/ - Participation fee for up to 2 people(If 3 people or more wish to join, they are required to pay an attendance fee.) There is a possibility that we might not be able to meet your request as seats are limited.
- The party is where the Executive Committee of RubyWorld Conference 2019 aim at offering the best hospitality to the sponsor companies and the speakers therefore only those who belong to the companies that will become sponsors can participate.
(*2) Short presentation in the main conference room
- It will be provided in order of arrival. When it exceeds the upper limit, we will arrange short presentation time in sub conference room instead of main conference room during breaks. (Same as Platinum Sponsor)
(*3) Logo on Poster and leaflet
- The poster and leaflet will be created by dividing it into 2 time periods (2 types). The sponsor logo will be placed in the one created for the latter period.
